Parking is available across the street from RiverEdge Park in the Aurora Transportation Center/Metra Parking Lot. Space is limited. You will need to self-pay at one of the five ticket machines located in the main lot to pay for parking. Four of the ticket machines are located in the center of the lot, and one is at the south/east corner by the ramp to the train platform. You must enter your license plate number to use the pay machines, so please have your license plate number ready. Pay machines accept credit/debit cards (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash. If you are paying in cash, PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING EXACT CHANGE. Pay machines do not dispense change. You may be ticketed or towed if you fail to pay.

The RiverEdge Park Box Office, located at the main entrance gate 2, is open on show days only beginning at Noon. You may walk up and purchase day-of tickets at RiverEdge at any of the brown remote Ticket Booths located outside the four entrances to the Park. Remote Ticket Booths open at the same time gates open.
If you purchased tickets in advance and they are waiting for you at Will Call, please go to any of the Ticket Booths at RiverEdge and an associate will print them for you. For your convenience, all Ticket Booths are equipped to print Will Call tickets.
You can purchase tickets in advance here on the RiverEdge website by visiting the specific event page and clicking “Buy Tickets.” You can also call the Box Office at 630-896-6666 or stop by the RiverEdge Park Remote Box Office located at the Paramount Theatre at 23 East Galena Blvd. For your convenience, there is 15 minute express parking in front of the Paramount Theatre Box Office so that you can park and run in to purchase or pick up your tickets.
For Blues on the Fox and the Downtown Alive! Concert Series, children 12 and under are admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. All patrons must have a ticket to enter the Park, regardless of age. To reserve a free children’s ticket in advance, please call 630-896-6666. To pick up a free children’s ticket on the day of the show, please visit any of the ticket booths at the Park starting at noon on the day of the show. Children 2 years of age and under are admitted free to all events.
The Remote Box Office hours at the Paramount are Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sundays (May 18-June 29), Noon-4 p.m.
BRING A CHAIR OR BLANKET
– All events at RiverEdge Park are General Admission.
– Guests are welcome to bring blankets, folding chairs or bag chairs into the park. Please be considerate of your neighbor when setting up chairs and/or blankets. Some events may restrict blanket size to an area of 4’x4’.
– For some events, there will be a standing room only section located directly in front of the middle section of stage with limited bench seating on either side of that area. Bench seating is on a first come, first serve basis. No bag chairs are allowed to be set up in this area. The rest of the park is general admission for bag chairs. Bag chairs and blankets are also allowed on the grassy hill. Please visit the specific event page for more details.
– PLEASE NOTE: Chairs with attached umbrellas/sun-visors are allowed inside the park, but umbrellas/sun-visors are not allowed to be up during artist performances due to obstruction to other patrons.
No pets allowed on event days.

Outside food is now welcome in the Park. Only soft collapsible coolers no larger than 12” W x 12” H x 12” L are allowed. All soft collapsible coolers, as well as any other personal items you bring, must fit under your chair and must be stored there once the concert begins. No outside beverages are allowed in, with the exception of 2 SEALED bottles of unflavored water per person. All coolers are subject to inspection. One cooler allowed per patron. Food, beverage and cooler policies may vary from show to show. Please refer to your specific event page(s) for details.
